This was my third visit and each experience has been exceptional. The team is professional, welcoming, and accommodating even for walk-in appointments. There’s virtually no wait, and the service is both efficient and unhurried. The atmosphere is serene and the salon is impeccably clean, with thoughtful amenities that elevate the entire experience. My lash technician, Chloe, was extraordinary — attentive, precise, and incredibly gentle. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered flawless results. I’ve truly found my signature look. Every single time I come to this establishment , the service is 10/10 They are very punctual , clean and they are very friendly. I always get greeted with a warm smile from the caring staff. Shout out to them especially to dimply . She’s an amazing addition to the staff and she personally does my eyebrows the best I’ve ever had them done in 10 years each and Everytime I go. The staff leaves you after the service , feeling refreshed, beautiful and confident ❤️😩 Best in greenpoint and nyc for sure 🥳❤️🙏🏼

I went to the Carroll Gardens location and I got my lashes done and I really like it. It’s very beautiful and easy to maintain. They give you a lot of information on how to maintain the lashes too, so the lash education is really good there too. I highly recommend it if you’re just a beginner trying to find out what type of lashes you might like definitely they have nice sales going on during the holiday season, sometimes and Lash packages so highly recommended for anyone that’s looking for Lashes to be a part of their daily routine and if you really like it.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Lash Me since November 2025. My technician, Elaine, is exceptional. She not only takes great care of my lashes but also provides valuable tips on how to maintain them. The location is also very convenient. Highly recommend. ❤️

I believe her name was Jessie if I can remember, she was an absolute sweetheart, she consulted me on which lashes are best for my eye shape and accommodated my wants as well! The space itself is beautiful, and quiet for a relaxing experience. Will be coming back here, 10/10 recommend! :)
