Great experience. Soloman is amazing, super helpful and attentive. The saunas are clean, pool is clean and food is good. Would not recommend the lobster bisque. The rest of what is pictured was good. Second time around…will definitely be back. Loved the Birch lounge. Pricey but feels worth it.

Today’s visit was definitely worth it. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and professional. The sauna rooms, pools, cold plunge, and hot baths were all very clean and relaxing, which made the overall experience really enjoyable.
However, there were a few issues with the food service. After spending the whole day in the spa, we were extremely hungry and decided to order food. The staff members were all very kind and polite, but unfortunately there was hair on our table when we sat down. I removed it myself at first, but later we also found hair on one of the serving plates. We informed the server, and they did replace the plate immediately.
Another disappointing part was the wait time for the food. Out of 4 meals ordered, 3 arrived fairly quickly, but my meal never came. I ended up waiting while everyone else finished eating, and only after asking again did they realize my order had either been forgotten or never sent to the kitchen. That part was honestly frustrating, especially since there were only around 3 tables occupied in the lounge area at the time.
Overall, the spa itself was wonderful and relaxing, and the staff were friendly, but the dining experience definitely needs improvement. Despite those issues, we still had a good experience and we would definitely come back again.”

Amazing! My first time and it is just what I needed. Staff is great and attentive. Everything clean & beatiful. The food was good and came veryy quick. We had 1 hiccup, our waiter put our order in and went on break, so other staff brought our food out. Our drinks didn't make it & when we asked for them we were given free Proseco & this was a bonus but very nice of the waiter. Our waiter came back and apologized too. Ana was great in the eating section. Be careful you might be too relaxed to drive back home 😆.

Staff that works here is really nice, admission is $100 on a regular day. This place is really nice, if you wanna spend some
Hours here you can, but you guys lost a star because maybe you guys let your marketing team record in the public pool with people in the background… if your gunna put up signs that say no cameras allowed and not enforce it when you got people with a tripod recording in the pool with people in the background… how does that make a sense… specially when I told your life guard and he just shrugged it off and said their content creators lol

Honestly pretty damn worth it if you ask me, $100 day pass, they close the spa areas around 10pm. My boyfriend and I got here around 6pm, and it was more than enough time. We had dinner too, a lil overpriced but I mean it’s in a spa so what do you expect. It was at least pretty good, we got the salmon tartare, bf got the miso salmon and I got the tuna poke bowl, all pretty damn good.
They had Himalayan salt rooms, banyans, hammams (steam rooms), saunas, pools, cold plunges, jacuzzis, it was awesome. Tbh imo, pretty damn good for the middle of Mapleton/Bensonhurst Brookltn. Felt like a little getaway for the evening.
