Cynergy… what an amazing birthday experience! I’ve recently taken on the role of caretaker for my dad, and life has definitely become more stressful. This spa day was exactly what I needed. This was my second visit to Cynergy Spa, but my first time at the new location—and I absolutely love it. Mr. Jack was incredible when it came to planning my birthday spa day. We communicated seamlessly, and he really listened to what I had in mind. He brought my vision to life without missing a beat. I invited a few friends, and we all had an amazing time. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Andy—such a gentleman. He made us feel right at home and even had champagne ready while we waited for the rest of my guests to arrive. My massage was incredible (I believe my masseuse’s name was Lisa—Lisa, thank you so much!). My facial was just as amazing. Overall, the entire staff at Cynergy is friendly, welcoming, and truly top-tier. If you’re looking for an intimate, cozy, and relaxing experience, this is definitely the place to be.

I’m so touched by the immense kindness and sensitivity of everyone at Cynergy Spa. From the manager Jack, to Bibi my massage therapist, to Andy at reception… everyone was thoughtful, positive and caring. There is so much attention to detail in the decor and vibe, it’s immaculately clean and their products have a calming aroma - you enter, and instantly feel like winding down. I was gifted a massage and hand/foot pampering session and had no idea what to expect. What a delight! Great massage, lovely conversation and a surprise glass of champagne in the end :) I left so grateful. Will definitely be back and will introduce my friends to this spa. Time here is a delightful gift to yourself and too good not to share with your loved ones! Happy to learn it is a black owned business too! ❤️

Cynergy Spa is absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond at every turn. Every single person we encountered was kind, professional, and truly dedicated to making my spa day special. Everything from the decor to the fresh plants to the immaculate cleanliness of every corner. They have truly thought of everything. I honestly have zero complaints or negative feedback—my experience was perfect.

Cynergy Day Spa is a gem! Recently visited with my best friend for my birthday. The reception staff was incredibly hospitable, and starting with a warm tea set the perfect tone. My Deluxe facial and upper body massage were both heavenly—I left feeling completely renewed.

Had the most amazing experience here. I got a Swedish massage with Aretha and it was so relaxing and thorough I felt like a new person afterwards. The entire place is super clean, cute, and homey. The staff is so nice and accommodating too, it really all just has a vibe to it that I haven’t found in many other places. I will certainly be back
