I am so happy with my tattoo. This was my first tattoo and I was very nervous. But Nina is such a fantastic person and tattoo artist, she made my experience so easy and smooth.
From the moment I got there, the studio is a really nice and intimate making me feel comfortable and relaxed.
Nina was encouraging to make sure that the tattoo was exactly as I wanted it, she reworked the design a couple of times and helped me feel great about how it looked and the placement.
Nina was also able to help guide me on the aftercare and ensured if anything came up or if I had any concerns to reach out.
Price wise, for something this beautiful and detailed with all the colors in NYC, it’s kinda what you would expect, but the compliments I have gotten clearly justify how much it is truly worth it.
I also was able to bring someone along with me to chat with and keep me company.
Parking is a little tough so plan accordingly but it’s kind what you expect in Dumbo.
Couldn’t recommend Nina enough 100% worth it.

I have 4 and a half tattoos with Weng and plan to finish the half to make 5 this year. He's extremely experienced and always helpful with any questions. I'm also a big nerd and Weng makes for good conversation during the process discussing everything from comics and anime to movies and video games.

I had an awesome experience receiving a tattoo from Weng last week. He’s super dedicated to the art and giving folks the pieces they want and he’s a charming and kind guy who makes others feel comfortable.
Weng drew my piece up better than I expected - and so quickly too! He was accommodating and supportive with the sizing and placement of the piece; he shrunk it down for me perfectly too once I suggested I wanted it slightly smaller than his initial mock up. He also has a light hand, so you won’t feel more pain than you need to. We took breaks to stretch and use the restroom periodically, and he has an assortment of snacks and drinks for folks.
Weng is a silly guy with a heart of gold! He will chat if you’re into that, and he has a good sense of humor. He’s also attentive to your experience getting the work done, and will take steps to ensure you are comfortable and feel safe during the process.
If his style is your thing, you shouldn’t hesitate to work with him! He’s a nice guy and talented artist!

Absolutely blown away by this piece! The artist nailed every detail on my shadow, scrappy and el tigre design. Lines are razor sharp, shading is smooth, and the composition flows perfectly with my arm. You can tell they really understand cartoon style — each character has so much personality and the proportions are spot on. Healing has been great too. Already planning my next session. Got my first ever tattoo from Weng and I couldn’t have been more satisfied.
I gave him an ask to infuse multiple elements (joker silhouette, revolver, in a pow-gun format, and he was able to give a a final product that makes me happy to look at everyday.
In two sessions I was able to have a uniquely designed tattoo, bro’d out with my artist, and had a great music playlist in the background.
If you want a great piece of art, this place can do it!!
